After placing my order, when will I receive my items?
Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, not including shipping. Times may vary during high volume seasons (Holidays).
Will I be given a tracking number?
Yes, your order will ship USPS, and a tracking number will be emailed to you.
I have placed an order already but would like to add on to my order so that I will not be charged again for shipping. Is this possible?
New orders placed within three days of your original order can be added as one shipping cost. You will need to checkout as normal and we will refund the shipping for the second order. Please note this in the order form when placing your second order. Adding on to your original order may delay when you will receive your items.
Do you offer mock ups?
Yes, we will send a mock up for one design, if requested. Multiple mockups may require an additional charge.
How do you ship?
We ship USPS.
How should I care for my Embroidered Items?
Items may be washed in your washing machine, be cautious with items in your dryer. Items made of linen or similar fabrics will need to air dry.
How are pockets embroidered?
We do our best to embroider the pocket in a way that keeps the pocket open. On certain items, however, including pocket t-shirts, pockets will be embroidered closed. If you have questions about a specific item, please ask!
Do you embroider personal items?
Yes, we offer local drop off of your personal items. Please see the Local Item Drop Off Tab.
Do you accept returns?
No, please refer to our return policy.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, please use the code LOCAL when checking out. We will contact you when your order is ready.
